Return Policy

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. All tags and removable padding must be included. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Items marked final sale, discounted items, and intimate wear are not eligible for return.

If you need a different size, we're happy to help with an exchange based on availability.

To start a return, contact us at freedombuiltin@gmail.com. Once approved, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
